Academic year 2013/14

The coursework was due March 28, 2014 and contributed 80% to the unit mark.

Coursework marks were awarded incrementally according to the following schedule:

The coursework mark was multiplied by the number of students in the group to calculate the total group mark. Then, each group must allocate individual coursework marks to each student from the total group mark. The decision of the group majority is final. Equal marks will be allocated to all students in the group when a majority decision has not been reached within one week after receiving the total group mark.

Final individual marks for group portfolio coursework

Individual marks allocations may NOT be provided via email.

Individual marks allocations MUST be posted in this team records page so that the post is visible to all members of the group for discussion.
Comment 29   by Moderator   @ 1970-01-01 00:00
The spreadsheet referred to in Comment 7 does NOT exist anywhere. The pages for team records only permit upload of images - NOT documents.

The team MUST provide the individual marks allocation by posting a comment or editing this records page.

As many members (preferably all) as possible should participate in the presentation/demonstration. Many different roles and tasks are required in order for the group to deliver a high quality and informative presentation/demonstration.

It would not be possible for everyone in the group to have speaking roles. Each group will have to decide how to effectively distribute speaking roles.

This is an opportunity for the group to demonstrate its ability to organise everyone in the group towards a shared goal of delivering the presentation/demonstration.

Please post orders for components as a comment in the team log titled, "Records of product design, prototyping and development activities". There should be sufficient information in your product design team log to support and explain the purposes for using the components with your prototyping activities.

Please provide the components order list as a text comment, including the complete URL and quantities for each component. This will reduce any accidental mistakes when I place the order. Do NOT provide an image containing the ordering information.
