Response to case study scenario 1

My decision is not to ignore the problem and write a report to the manger of the safety testing group contains the proposed effects of these three USB flashes on two primary issues first ,the bond between this client (important one) and the company from side..and from the other side its effect on the company losses. Also the proposed decision to solve this problem must reserve the reputation of the company specially with the important clients.
Because i am a junior engineer that mean i have relatively limited role ... the action will take is only the report that tells the supervisor all the future proposed Consequences on the reputation of the company. The points below will describe the relation between the customer, the employer and me (employee ) :-
1)The loss of the company will not affected if it decide to indemnity the USB flashes with respect to large number of flashes in this package .And may loss an important customer with the market competition .
2) The employer will affected especially if this problem happened many times with many losses thats mean the company declare its Bankruptcy.
3)For me, I am engineer and a member of the safety testing group that have the big and main responsibility to solve this problem and I will be affected if the company loss the band that means salary decreasing and i will lose my job if the loss of the company happened again.
For solving the problem ...I would proposed the fallowing :-
1)Send an urgent report to the customer tells him the problem and offer him to replace the failed USB flashes to gain this customer's future Dealings .
2)Put all important customers in a list with one of safety testing group's member in charge to check all the packages many times before its delivered to destination.
To avoid any future problems the members of the safety testing group have to know those procedures .so everybody know exactly what to do with his own responsibilities and make me free of charge and avoid any problems acts with the supervisor .
