Response to case study scenario 1

From the previous experiments I know that the engineer thought depending on himself either agree or no .The bad consequences raise by the graceless introduction. Also if I do this work it will cause losing the important customer. This work will bring for our company the liabilities and the bad consequences . The successful engineer seeks for little loss . Three USP flashes must not be in important customer goods,that will lead to losing him, So losing him may be will lead to bad reputation .My opinion is we must not put the 3flashes that not work in customer goods after knowing they don’t work and must replace it in order to keep the professional honour and scientific. also to keep the important customer. The opposite lead to lose customers and will result losing of the company .Generality ugly lead to a big corruption. In markets found competition between the companies and the shops, so this competition require from the supervisor of our company must has more skills in how to work with the competitions. if he has more skills this will bring for him more customers and in order to earn more incomes. if I do this work the company will lose the customer and that lead to bankruptcy of our company ,so the company will become paralysed in competition with other companies (husbandry) in markets. Whenever work to product developing and good dealing with the customer will earn another customer so this gains to keep the company .If the company do this work it will become the bigger loser in frugality playing. If we want to improve the company must we have some elements such as 1-Amelioration cooperation with the customers. 2- Developing of the product. 3- Augmentation of the product. 4- Diminution of the prices to the least a boundary .So, my decision I'm not agreeing my supervisor in his work. The bad work maybe cause bringing the liabilities statute. The customer satisfaction from priorities and pretentiousness every successful engineer. The appetite for technical risk is necessary in order to develop new skills and new products .The challenge for the work developing is learning to draw the line between taking a technical risk and tempting fate. The best warning system is often the personal ethics of the lead developer .The ethics contained are passive.The only form of ethics that can actively stop me from performing an unethical action is my own sense of morality .So I must choose to be ethical. No the people is plan for the failure... But fail in planning only. Rational who put boat express the river instead of from builds walls protect of flood about. and the last decision is checking every thing before delivered to the customer.
