Response to case study scenario 1


I would not agree to ignore the problem with my supervisor who manages the safety testing group because the customer will take bad notion about our company as a result of this error and this notion does not depend on the value of the error (3 failed tests ) perhaps the customer take the same idea until when he have ( 30 failed test ) because may be he will say “ now i have 3 but may be in the next time i have more than 3 “.
So if we do not found solution to this problem and make announcement to indemnity every mistake the company will be loss must of the important client
and during a little time i loss business with my supervisor and employee remaining .
According to what happen in this case i have tow branch :
1. Costumer
2. Company reputation

The customer treatment is the must think that support the companies , banks and
markets commercial in this day. Since my work as junior engineer in safety testing group this make me
joint between explain ordinances to supervisor and give him reports about any causes which happen and
care with customer in the another side by checking the sales and sureness from its integrity to increase
confidence between the costumer and the company and do not effect by any occurrence which happen .

Failed test is the main reason that reduced adequacy and then reduced customer confidence with company so i suggest to my supervisor that
1 . we must be call the customer and tell him about this problem .
2 . give the customer plus one (+1) over the total value that mean give him ( 3 + 1 = 4 ) because i think as supervisor like 1 is a small percentage when compared to a total of 200 tests .
3 . punishment the personal who is make this mistake by take the price of indemnity form his wages
and if we have more than one personal divide the price of indemnity over all and then take this rate from wages .
If this work apply by supervisor in this case then it make :
a) good idea about company because it care with customer .
b) don not effect of the budget company because we take the price of indemnity from employer who is made the error .
