Response to case study scenario 1


Really my openion is that the supervisor is in the wrong way and his decision about the trhree usb flashes will lead to bad consequences do not reflect in the company side. How is that?
1 - Because of this customer is an important customer for the company ,so that must be carful from lossing him,because of the company based on the customers,so if this matter happened untill discovering it by the customer that may be will lead to that the customer will loss the confidence of the company by regarded it undisciplined,so if the person has the choise between the dealing with disciplined company and undisciplined company,certainly he will select the disciplined ,because of the human by default look for the comfort,so the company must take all details in consideration to be successsful and "not bite the penitence fingers after the passing of time"
2 - Inorder to not be there is a chance to garble the company reputation from the opponent companies .if the company fill in abyss of the bad reputation ,it will help to its extinction.
3 - The last thing is to be carful from creating a gap to exchange tainted things not from the company.How?
The manager knew that there are three usb flashes not work,so if the customer want to exchange them by good usb flashes,the manager will agree of course,but if he want to exchnge ten usb flashes by assumption that the customer has seven usb flashes were tainted by himself,in this case the manager has two choises:
a- refuse to exchange them and that will lead to creat a problem with this customer.
b- agree to exchnge them and that will lead to decrease the company income.
"who put himself in the suspicion position can not blame the people about what they will do with him".
4 - "ignoring the small things may be will lead to ignoring the big things".How?
If the company ignore three usb flashes today may be that will lead to ignore four tomorrow,then the company will used to nigligence untill reaching it to the doom valley.
MY DECISION:
1- I will try to convey idea to the supervisor about the bad consequences from this work.If he stay on his decision i will solve this problem.How?
I will tell the customer that there are a three usb flashes not work were dispatched to you and we so sorry about that and we will exchange them by good usb flashes if you bring them."i will do that carfully to avoid creating a problem between me and the supervisor".
2 - I will test every report before the dispatching to be comfortable that there is nothing wrong."the protection is better than cure".
