I never ignore the problem. Why?

Supervisor said me ignore that problem because of when 3 flash drive small percentage when we compare with total. But he not might be considering about the potential to be a fire hazard problem. This is the important because of the following product reliability.

And also Each every country or every government has been considering about this safety product the under “CONSUMER PRODUCT SAFETY COMMISSION”. so we cant to imperfection with product. however it will be effort with our company

Another good real example, In America laxer and secure II flash drive has issued recall 66,000 according to the recall statement for overheat and pose a risk of "burns [...] and property damage, by U.S CONSUMER PRODUCT SAFETY COMMISSION between May and April in 2006 . So when we compare with this information with our scenario 200 it simple thing to recall.

Why we are product those flash drive, main purpose business but our aim user want take benefit for our product. So if I ignore this problem
• User will be injure by your product
• Customer might complaint again our company
• Company Client or consumer satisfaction will be reduce

Furthermore company will get trouble for ignore the problem
• Same mistake will continue in the future or next time
• Company may face law problem
• Company will fine for that so financial problem
• Some time company may be closed by court

Action

Straight away I can’t take an action because of I am junior engineer of that company so I need talk with top level management about this problem because
• We had delivered that product to very important client
• That 3 flash drive potential to be a fire hazard.
And I will asked them send recall notice to client and test again immediately, because recall is better than ignore the problem according my statement
