If I was the supervising engineer responsible for step 6 “(Perform final tests)” and I discover the next day that is missed step 6“(Perform final tests)”. The actions that I would take is to start from the beginning again. The reason why I would start from the beginning is because if I just went back in step it would give me wrong fingers. The consequences’ for me taking this action is that I’ll need to start from the start because it will give me current fingers. It will mean that I’ll be number of days behind. At the end I’ll know that I got the current work done.
