Week 1

This week the task is as followed below;
* Formation of group
* Choosing of topic
* Meeting schedule & times
* Sharing of workload
* Conclusion of meeting
* Plan for next week

FORMATION OF GROUP
The group was formed with members Mohamed Jalloh and Bestman Owhondah.
An email was sent off to Rinat Khusainov (Project Tutor) and the group was approved and we were asigned as Team 9.
However Iva was meant to be our third member but he was not approved by the project tutor
as he was not registered on he's system.

CHOOSING OF TOPIC
The topic was agreed upon by both members of the group after considering the economic importance and sustainability
which has a a direct impact to man.

MEETING SHEDULE & TIMES
Our team meeting will be after every web project lecture on Thursday and any other times members agree
on out side of lecture times during the week.

SHARING OF WORKLOAD

All group work would be shared out equally ad be shared out in a way that members can use the strengths,
for example a groupe member who has a greater understanding and experience using and writing HTML codes will take charge of designing/coding of the website.

CONCLUSION OF MEETING
Our meeting this week was more about what we would agree our preoject to be based upon and when would we start our report

PLAN FOR NEXT WEEK

During the week we will be designing and planning the website.

This weeks task is as follows:
* Feedback from peer review
* Assign task to each member
* Feedback from previous weeks task

FEEDBACK FROM PEER REVIEW
this week we did a group peer review where each group have to give there own opinion on each groups log book.
our groups average was 3/10 reasons being is that we had not uploaded/updated our team log book as we did it all
hand-written. Main thing to take back from our review is to keep up to date with the team logbook by updating it online.

ASSIGN TASK TO EACH MEMBER
This week we have decided to share the workload equally one person to work on the website while the other to start the final report.
This week we also was assigned person member to our group of 2 which now makes it three third member being Danny Walton.
The third member to our group is good for us as the work load has been considerably lessened and can got more done in a shorter space of time.

FEEDBACK FROM PREVIOUS TASK
As planned we have started our final report which is a shared file between all 3 group members using our google document so all three members
have input into the final report, also our website is going just as planned and should be done a fair amount of time before the deadline.

Handed in preliminary report on the 6th of march. Met today to work on editing the form coding for our website.

Met and talked about uploading files on server for testing. Discussing how to work over easter break and when we plan to finish/hand in our final design.
